Cheesecake Recipe

Crust

• 2 Tbsp of sugar
• 1 ½ cups graham cracker
• ¾ stick of butter

Cheesecake

• 3   8 oz packs of cream cheese  (room temp)
• 1 ½ cups of sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 tsp of vanilla

Beat for 30 minutes on low speed

Bake 60 minutes at 300 degrees
Cool for 20 minutes

Topping

• ¾ pint of sour cream
• 2 tbsp of sugar
• 3 tsp of vanilla

 
Spread topping on cheesecake
Return to oven for 10 minutes

• Cool...
• Refrigerate
• Serve

NOTE:
​I place a paper towel on the top while it is cooling... it draws some of the moisture out of it.
